The most water I had seen in this yard (before today) was the snow melt followed by rain in the spring of '95 after record snowfall. What I have right now is far worse!

Is that a bird on your birdfeeder trying to stay dry?
Yes! The gold finches were very active all during the storm. There were also quiet a few purple finches hanging around. Of course they all flew away when I opened the door to take the picture.
